SCOUT BACKPACKING CAMP

Back to Camp Booking

Walk from the Scout hall to a campsite, sleep the night then walk to a different campsite and return the next day. Carry your equipment in your rucksack for the weekend. Find out what you need and don't need, learn about lightweight camping and brush up your navigation skills.

Travel - Scouts should meet and be collected from the Scout Hut. Meet at the Scout hut just before 6pm on the Friday evening. Make sure you eat first! We return around 12 noon on Sunday.

Who should attend? - Any Scout who enjoys walking and is able to carry a full pack (Rucksack) and has done a basic skills camp.
