INTERESTED?
Three Scout leaders are going to Jersey in May 2008 (at their own expense) to check out the activities and make sure they are all suitable and have a look at the accommodation.
As there is a lot more to organise for the trip than a normal Easter camp it would be of great help to us if you could let us know if your son is interested in coming on this camp. Once we have sufficient numbers we need to make a provisional booking at the Scout centre before someone else gets it first!
HOW TO BOOK
You can book online in the usual way followed with the appropriate payment. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Bookings are confirmed with a deposit of £75 and we don't need any paperwork yet. Permission forms will be done early next year in case dietary/medical things change.
Bookings can be made until all of the places are taken or up until the 1st August 2008 (we need to book the flights as soon as they become available so ensure we get everyone on.)
Final Payment is due by 1st November 2008
*1 Most of the big repairs to the Scout hut are now completed and we now hope to subsidise some of the more expensive camps with money we are raising from hall lettings.
If you are able to help with lettings, cleaning or fundraising so we can continue to subsidise camps please let us know.
